With our range of pilot plants, we can develop solutions for your waste water treatment directly on site. Piloting will help solve complex issues in industrial and municipal waste water treatment. The core of the MBR technology is the interaction of an activated sludge system and an advanced membrane filtration, e.g. as a replacement of conventional secondary clarifiers, as Tertiary Treatment, or in hybrid systems for partial streams.

The pilot plants are installed on site, so that varying conditions can be considered in the operational data. Since full-size membranes are installed, the pilot results can be used directly for the scale-up.

The operation of the pilot plant is fully automatic, and is supervised by the client. The SCADA system allows an easy follow-up of all results achieved during the text period.

A remote control via phone line or network connection facilitates operational support and data acquisition.
